Easy Beer Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 ounces beer
- 14 cup butter, melted or 14 cup margarine

Directions
Sift the flour and sugar into a bowl.Stir in the beer.
The batter will be thick.
Pour into a lightly greased 5x9-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove to a platter to cool and pour the butter over the top.
