15-Minute Microwaved Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 34 cups chicken broth
- salt and pepper

Directions
Place the rice in a strainer and rinse it well under cold running water.Combine the rice and broth in a microwave-safe bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the bowl in the oven and microwave on high power for about 15 minutes.
Stir; cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
