Directions1.In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
2.In another bowl combine egg, eggnog and oil.
3.Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
4.Fold in raisins and pecans.
5.Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
6.Bake at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
7.Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
