Whole Wheat Oat Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup oat bran
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 12 cup apple juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or 1 cup frozen blueberries

Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Line muffin cups with muffin paper.In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients, excluding blueberries.
In a blender, mix all wet ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir in blueberries.
Pour mixture into muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool.
Serve and enjoy.
