Mediterranean Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs beef roast, boneless
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced,
- 12 cup beef broth
- 13 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped,
- 12 cup kalamata olive, pitted
- 12 cup pearl onions, frozen
Directions
Place beef roast into CrockPot.Combine all other ingredients and pour over roast.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender.
Alternatively, you can combine all ingredients into a freezer bag and freeze until ready to use.
Put frozen ingredients into CrockPot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
