Italian Sausage Soup
Ingredients
- 2 boxes (10 ounce) Italian-style vegetables with pasta, frozen
- 2 cans (14 ounce) beef broth
- 1 lb cooked Italian sausage, cubed
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
Directions
In large saucepan, place vegetables and broth; bring to boil over high heat.Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in the cooked sausage and tomato sauce; cook until heated through.
