Chicken & Citrus Salad Pitas
Ingredients
- 2 qt. cooked chicken, cut into strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1-1/3 cups slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped, fresh,
- 1 cup Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Real Mayonnaise
- 16 each whole wheat pita breads, halved
- 32 each lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine chicken, oranges, nuts and parsley in large bowl.Add mayonnaise; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
For each serving: Line each of 2 pita halves with 1 lettuce leaf; fill each with 76 g chicken salad.
