Chinese Pork And Turnips Recipe



Dice pork in pcs the size of your finger.
Add in soy sauce, fried red onion, MSG and pepper.
Dredge in sweet potato starch.
Fry pork in vegetable oil till golden brown and crispy.
Remove to a bowl.
Cut turnip into strips.
Blend with salt and minced green pepper.
Put in a bowl on top of pork.
Add in 1/2 c.
Cover and steam 40 min.
Drain juices out.
Quickly invert bowl onto small serving platter and pour juice over.
Serve with rice.
