Tortellini With Cream Cheese Alfredo and Peas
Ingredients
- 1 12 cups milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups peas, frozen, thawed
- 1 cup ham, diced,
- 18 ounces cheese tortellini
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.Bring milk, cream cheese and parmesan to a simmer in a large saucepan, whisking vigorously.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in peas, remove from heat and stir in the ham.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
Season with salt and pepper and parmesan as required.
