Marinated Bonito Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 380 grams Sashimi-grade, or seared bonito sashimi
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Sake
- 2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 Myoga ginger, (if you like it)
- 1 generous amount Thin green onions, or scallions
- 4 generous helpings Sushi rice

Directions
Slice the bonito and marinate in the ingredients (grated ginger, mirin, sake, soy sauce) for 20 minutes.Massage with your hands several times while it marinates.
(You can put everything in a plastic bag for this step if you prefer.
) Put the sushi rice into bowls, cover the top with shredded nori seaweed, and top with the marinated bonito.
Add some sliced myoga to taste and top with plenty of chopped green onion to finish.
