Asparagus And Walnut Salad Recipe



Trim asparagus; cut spears diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pcs.
In a pan, heat 2 inches of water to boiling.
Add in oil, salt, and asparagus; cook till tender-crisp, 1 to 2 min.
Drain, rinse with cool water, and drain again.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Just before serving, pour dressing over asparagus, sprinkle with Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts and toss lightly to mix.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings
