Bridge Creek Heavenly Hots Recipe



Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar till well blended.
In another bowl, mix together the Large eggs and lowfat sour cream till well blended.
Add in to the dry ingredients and mix till all dry ingredients are mixed in.
Allow the mix to sit for about 5 min.
Meanwhile, heat up a large frying pan.
Once it's warm add in a little oil and lightly coat the bottom of the skillet.

, drop the batter onto warm skillet.
Cook on one side till the bubbles on the top start to pop and the edges begin to look dry.
Careful which you do not burn them.
They puff up when you flip them.
NOTES : These pancakes are so tender which you must make them small or possibly they will tear when you flip them.
