Preheat oven to 375. Brown Sausage in dutch oven.
Add vegetables and cook until onion is translucent and a little browned, about 10 minutes.
Add water, scraping bottom of pan to deglaze.
Add bouillion and other seasonings to taste.
Bake in oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lentils are soft.
