Cranberry-White and Dark Chocolate Cookies



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream the butter in a mixing bowl using a mixer, about 2 minutes.
Add sugar and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one a time, making sure it is incorporated fully before adding the next one.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda to creamed mixture.
Mix on low speed until it is all incorporated.
Add the chips and cranberries and mix on low until just dispersed.
Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack.
Yields: 3 dozen cookies
