Watermelon Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 500 g watermelon, chopped, peeled,
- 125 ml pineapple juice
- 125 ml white rum
- 60 ml triple sec
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- crushed ice, to serve

Directions
Place the watermelon, pineapple juice, rum, liqueur and grenadine in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.Divide the ice among serving glasses.
Pour over watermelon mixture to serve.
