Beefy Mushroom Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced,
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream, divided
- 1 package (8 ounce) biscuits
- 1 egg
- 12 teaspoon celery seed
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.Brown hamburger, drain.
Mix hamburger, mushrooms, and 3/4 cup fried onions and place in a 3-qt casserole dish.
In a saucepan, heat cream of mushroom soup until bubbly, then add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir well.
Pour over hamburger mixture.
Cut each biscuit in half (semi-circles).
Place cut side down around the edge of your casserole dish.
Pour 1/2 cup fried onions in the center.
Mix 1/2 cup sour cream with the egg, celery seeds and salt.
Pour over the biscuits.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until biscuits are browned and center is bubbly.
