Barbecued Cajun Shrimp
Ingredients
- 12 cup light caesar salad dressing
- 13 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 12 teaspoons paprika
- 1 12 teaspoons rosemary, dried
- 1 12 teaspoons thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced,
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 13 cup dry white wine
Directions
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and wine in a skillet.Bring to a light boil.
Add shrimp and cook until done, approximately 5 minutes.
Add wine and cook an additional minute.
Serve with fresh lemon slices if desired.
Make 2 large servings.
Can also be served as an appetizer.
