Stir-Fried Chicken Gizzards with Green Onion, Salt, and Lemon



Cut the chicken gizzards into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the green onions into small round slices.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, and marinate the Step 1 chicken gizzards and green onions in the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
Keep a small amount of green onions for garnish.
Heat sesame oil (not listed) in a frying pan, and stir-fry the chicken gizzards.
(Try not to add the marinade sauce into the pan.
) When the chicken gizzards are cooked through completely, add the marinade sauce, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.
Serve on a plate, top with the green onions which were set aside earlier.
Sprinkle as much as black pepper you like, and you're done.
