Easy Sweet Potato Tart



Combine all of the tart ingredients in a bowl.
With a spatula, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and pierce small holes in the bottom to prevent the crust from puffing up.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
Cut the sweet potatoes into 2cm cubes.
Steam the potatoes with a steamer or a microwave.
Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix in the sweet potatoes.
Take the crust out from the oven and pour the filling into it.
Bake again at 180C for 20 minutes.
When the surface becomes golden brown, it is done .
