Sour Cream Blueberry Bread Recipe
DirectionsGrease 9"x5" loaf pan.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add in Large eggs, bananas and lowfat sour cream and beat till blended.
Gradually beat in dry ingredients at low speed and beat just till smooth.
Mix in blueberries and pecans.
Pour into pan and bake about 1 hour or possibly till tester comes out clean.
