Garlic Roasted Potato Wedges



Heat oven to 425F.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges.
Combine potatoes, butter with olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to coat.
Place potato mixture into 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake 10 minutes; turn potatoes.
Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese; toss lightly.
Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
