Peanut Butter Raisin Bars Recipe

Ingredients

4 c. Raisin Bran cereal
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp shortening
6 ounce chocolate chips

Directions

Mix peanut butter and butter in bowl.
Stir in Raisin Bran.
Slowly add in confectioners' sugar, 1/3 c.
at a time.
Press into ungreased 9 x 9 or possibly 13 x 9 inch pan.
Heat shortening and chocolate chips; spread over mix.
Chill and serve.
