Bread Pudding With Amaretto Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 ounce loaf French bread, stale
- 1 quart lowfat milk
- 12 c. sugar
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Splash Amaretto
Directions
In large bowl, soak bread in lowfat milk.Add in sugar, raisins and vanilla.
Add in Large eggs.
Mix very lightly.
Place in well buttered baking dish.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 min.
Yields 12 to 15.
