Sausage Jambalaya Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 c. cooked and diced chicken, or possibly turkey
- 10 ounce can cream mushroom soup
- 1 med. onion, minced,
- 1 1/2 stalks celery, minced,
- 1/4 green pepper, minced,
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. water
Directions
Cut sausage into 1 inch pcs.Mix with chicken or possibly turkey, soup, onions, celery, green peppers, Worcestershire sauce and rice.
Place in 3 qt greased casserole.
Add in water.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till all liquid is absorbed.
