Red & Green Cheesecake Recipe



Mix 2 pkg.
(8 oz.
each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp.
vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Blend in 2 eggs.
Pour into ready-to-use graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.
or 9-inch).
Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, arrange 2 rows of halved strawberries around edge; brush lightly with melted strawberry jelly.
Tuck small mint sprigs into the fruit so that each slice will have some red and green color when cut.
Makes 8 servings.
