Picnic Pepper Pickles



Using a mandoline thinly slice the peeled cucumbers and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Set aside.
In a saucepan add water through sea salt.
Heat on medium heat and stir well to incorporate.
Once salt and sugar are dissolved, set aside to cool.
Once cooled add mixture into the sliced cucumbers, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for best results.
Transfer to an airtight container or jar, seal and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: I make these, refrigerate them overnight and use them within the next day or two.
In my household nothing lasts long.
