Egg Custard Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 Large eggs
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
Scald the lowfat milk in a saucepan and set aside to cold.Beat the Large eggs and beat in remaining ingredients, including cooled lowfat milk.
Bake in a large unbaked pie shell at 375 degrees or possibly in small individual custard c.
at 350 degrees till filling is done.
Knife comes out clean.
