Hamburger Mushroom Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lbs lean hamburger
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 c. green onion, minced,
- 2 cans mushrooms, liquid removed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 unbaked pie shell, (9 1/2 inch)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Brown meat and drain off fat.
Combine cheese, mayonnaise, lowfat milk, Large eggs and cornstarch.
Stir in onion, mushrooms and meat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 to 45 min till puffy and golden.
Serves 6 to 8.
