Tangy Tuna Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 can (85 g) Starkist lemon and cracked pepper tuna fillets
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, style dressing
- 2 hard taco shells
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon carrot, shredded
- 1 tablespoon part-skin mozzarella cheese, shredded,
- 1 tablespoon salsa
Directions
Add the mayo to the tuna.Place the lettuce leaves in the bottom of the taco shells.
Divide the tuna salad between the two tacos.
and top with shredded with carrots, cheese and tangy salsa.
To keep it altogether, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap before transferring to a resealable container.
Great for active, on-the-go kids.
