Penne Pasta Salad with Tuna and Peppers
Ingredients
- 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 4 cups loosely packed arugula
- 1 red pepper, cut into matchlike sticks
- 1 can (170 g) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Pesto Parmesan Dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Directions
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.Place in large bowl.
Add arugula, peppers and tuna; mix lightly.
Toss with dressing just before serving; top with cheese.
