Fettuccini With Spinach and Cream



In large saucepan, melt butter.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Add cream and bring to a boil.
Cook 3 minutes to thicken.
Do not let boil over.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water.
Toss with spinach, cream and fresh basil.
Serve topped with Parmesan.
