Biltmore Bacon Dressing Recipe



Saute/fry bacon and drain off 2/3 of pan drippings leaving 1/3 third in pan.
Add in celery and onion and saute/fry.
Add in vinegar and turn up the heat to reduce by half.
Then add in the dijon mustard and seasonings, sugar, and kitchen bouquet.
Cook a bit then add in the cornstarch mix (cornstarch + cool water) Cook till thickened.
Keep in glass jars.
Reheat in microwave and serve over greens
