Salmon Parcels
Ingredients
- 23 pounds, Finely Sliced, 58 ounces, weight Chinese Cabbage
- 1 whole Red Pepper
- 2-13 ounces, weight Snow Peas
- 4 whole Salmon Filltes, (115 Grams Each)
- 4 tablespoons, 2-78 pinches Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Finely Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Finely Chopped,
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 whole Spring Onions
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Cut 4 large pieces of baking paper and fold each piece in half.Place them opened on a worktop and keep separately.
2. Mix the cabbage, pepper and snow peas.
Divide the vegetables over the 4 parcels and place a salmon fillet on each one.
3. Mix in a smaal bowl the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and salt and pepper.
Drizzle over the salmon and vegetables.
Fold the empty half of the baking paper over the food and fold the edges, closing the parcels.
4. Place parcels on a large oven tray and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 200C oven.
Note: if you do not have baking paper, just use aluminum foil.
This will work just as well.
You can do this with all sorts of fish and vegetables.
Just be creative.
