Chicken Tenders & Brussels Sprouts Pasta
Ingredients
- 80 to 100 grams Pasta
- 1 Chicken white meat
- 5 Brussels sprouts
- 7 to 8 ml Cooking sake
- 1 to fry Olive oil
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 15 to 20 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Boiling water
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 10 grams Panko, (as desired)

Directions
Begin boiling water for the pasta.Add salt as well (about 1% of the boiling water is good).
Also prepare the garlic.
Place the chicken tenders in a heat-resistant container.
Sprinkle completely with salt and add cooking sake.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
Panko is optional, but if you're going to use them, dry fry in a pan and set aside.
Wash the brussels sprouts.
Dip in the pasta water for about 20 seconds then cut in half and set aside.
After finishing, boil the pasta.
Put plenty of olive oil in a pan, add garlic and red chili pepper, and cook on low heat until fragrant.
Increase to high heat and add the chicken and brussels sprouts in that order, cooking lightly.
Then add soy sauce and pasta water and mix everything.
Remove the pasta a minute before it finishes, and transfer to the pan.
Mix everything together and cook.
Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
Top off with panko and it's complete.
