Bake and Break Toffee Brittle
- 34 cup butter, melted
- 13 cup sugar, granulated
- 13 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups toffee pieces
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips, or 1 cup white chocolate chips or 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DirectionsPreheat oven to 350F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the melted butter, sugars and vanilla until well combined.
Beat in next 4 ingredients until incorporated.
Add toffee bits and chocolate chips.
Firmly press dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
The dough should measure 11x15-inches.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
Let cool until firm.
Break or cut into 2-inch pieces.
Freeze in plastic bags or airtight containers.
