Speedy and Delicious Hearty Pork Offcuts and Bean Sprout Stir-Fry



Place the pork and seasonings together in a plastic bag.
Work the marinade into the meat.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add the meat and spread it evenly (over medium heat).
Saute both sides while breaking the meat into smaller pieces until browned.
Turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
Add the chives and bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat.
Add the marinade from Step 1, return the meat to the pan, saute and serve.
