Black Walnut Cream Cookies



preheat oven to 350*.
cream together the crisco, and 2 cups of sugar.
add the eggs, vanilla and sour cream, mix well.
stir in the flour, salt and baking powder, baking soda to make a stiff dough.
add chopped nuts.
drop by tspful on greased cookie sheet.
mix remaining 3 tbls sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
in a saucer.
grease the bottom of a jelly glass.
dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
gently press to flatten the balls of dough.
bake for 10-15 minutes or till centers are done.
